Shipping Policies

Canadian Customers: Canadian orders are shipped from Ontario, when local stock is available. Local stock arrives every 2 weeks for local shipments. If local stock is not available, the option to ship directly from the manufacturer is available. Canadian orders are typically not subject to extra duties or taxes, but this is wholly at the discretion of Canada Customs.

International Customers: Your order will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Duties, customs, VAT and any other fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Cables: The data cables ship with the units. The adapter cables are exclusive to EasyTagger Canada and ship separately from EasyTagger Canada, not the manufacturer and may arrive separate from your EasyTagger GPS order.

Shipping/Billing Address: If your shipping address is different than your billing address, your order will NOT ship until payment has cleared (minimum 5 business days).

Return Policies

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products can be returned within 30 days provided they are in re-saleable condition. All originally included accessories, cables, memory cards or other items must be included.

Customers MUST contact EasyTagger Canada before initiating a return or warranty claim. When sending products for warranty, please clearly mark “warranty” on any customs paperwork and declare a value of $0 to avoid delays and additional fees/taxies/levies.

Return shipping costs to EasyTagger Canada are the customer’s responsibility. EasyTagger Canada is not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure your shipment is tracked and insured.

Items that have been opened from their non-resealable packagingcannot be returned.
e.g. blister packs, shrink-wrapped products, software and other media (CD/DVDs), etc.

Refunds are processed as soon as possible.
