The wired timer trigger has multiple functions:

  • delay
    e.g. take a picture in 5 minutes
  • interval
    e.g. take 5 pictures, 2 minutes apart
  • long exposure (bulb mode)
    e.g. open the shutter for 1 minute, 45 seconds

It is powered by a single standard CR2032 watch battery (included).

NOTE: The remote uses a 2.5mm male plug, which connects through the EasyTag. It cannot connect directly to your Nikon DSLRs except when using the 10-pin adapter. No adapter is available for 8-pin Nikon DSLRs: D90, D3100, D5000, D7000.
